“Britain’s coolest party pad.”

The ultimate superluxe hideaway dubbed ‘Britain’s coolest party pad’ by the Sunday Times.

A secret garden awaits...What was once the estate's original flower and vegetable garden has been transformed into an eight bedroom retreat with en suite king-size bedrooms featuring roll-top baths and stunning living spaces from the vaulted ceiling central dining hall bookended by French limestone fireplaces to the breathtaking cinema and games room.

Three elegant glasshouses inspired by the neoclassical designs of the celebrated architect Sir John Soane extend from the original Victorian bothies where once the estate gardeners lived. In the kitchen, the largest of the three glasshouses, think underfloor heating, wine fridges and comfy sofas. Get competitive in the games room with pool, table tennis and table football or relax on deep sofas after dinner in the cinema and watch a film on the giant screen.

Head outside to explore the restored high walls of the one-acre private kitchen garden and discover the espaliered fruit trees (replanted exactly as they were in Victorian times) or head to the covered hot tub and sauna. Outside, enjoy BBQs on private terraces, explore the estate on Pashley bicycles or hold your own tournament on the nearby tennis court open year-round. Try your hand at paddle boarding or rowing on the serpentine lake, learn more about the nature that calls Wilderness Reserve home with our estate ecologist or practice your shot with world-class clay instructors. Wilderness Reserve is nestled in 5,000 acres across three river valleys in the county boasting some of the cleanest air in England, yet just a short drive from Suffolk’s celebrated heritage coast. Here, discover one of England’s finest piers at Southwold, enjoy famous fish & chips in Aldeburgh or make your own gin at the Adnams Brewery. For the adventurous, take to the waves in a rib from Southwold with Coastal Challenger, or visit Go Ape, Suffolk’s biggest tree top adventure.
