Idyllic reunions in coastal Suffolk countryside. Whether a group holiday of 12 or corporate party of up to 100, Wilderness prides itself on catering for group getaways. A mere 2 hours from London, Wilderness's Grade II listed Sibton manor house sleeps 24 boasting 12 bedrooms, 5 reception rooms, cinema, gym and games room with the opportunity to add on as much or as little service as you need in the form of chefs, waiting staff, butlers and housekeeping.
Sibton Park manor house is just one of Wilderness’s portfolio of properties on the Sibton Park estate; choose from The Walled Garden with 8 en-suite bedrooms for reunions with old friends or the romantic 6 bedroom Moat Cottage for a couples retreat, accessed by a private drive and footbridge with an outdoor hot tub perched over the moat. The Barn and the Cartshed offer three and four bedrooms respectively, and make a perfect country getaway for groups from the city with expansive views across the estate, range cookers and large dining space to feast and catch up around, king size Hypnos beds to sink into and smart TV’s to unwind in front of. Dine under the stars with a chef prepared feast or visit one of the local pubs offering the best Suffolk seafood and locally brewed real ale and cider. Our chefs are used to making meals for big groups on holiday so whether it is a formal three course affair with homemade canapes or a low key casserole in the country kitchen, there is no need to lift a finger.
There’s accommodation enough to host every one of you – whether it’s a group holiday of 12 or up to 100 on the estate. Spend afternoons in the cinema room, lazy meals at the long breakfast table at Sibton Manor or head out and make the most of the activities onsite.
Our service is crafted to your needs and all of our bookings can be made truly bespoke. Due to the variety of properties and spaces available across Wilderness we are flexible in catering for different party sizes and needs. There are plenty of activities to keep you and your group occupied- play doubles on the private tennis court, take out the boats on the lake, find gentle competition clay-pigeon shooting or take a few languid laps before relaxing by the pool. Off the estate, Suffolk offers a host of things to do from visiting local pubs to strolls along Southwold’s picturesque pier or visiting Aldeburgh’s famous shell sculpture on the beach, before returning home to soak in a roll top baths and sprawl in front of the fireplace.
Dine under the stars with a chef prepared feast, activate iPods and play music into the evening. Or go to town and bring a band to set up by the swimming pool and dance until dawn.
